A newly built commercial laundry in Bole, Xinjiang, has officially entered operation with a complete Xinengxing laundry line. After uating different equipment options during the planning stage, the operator selected Xinengxing machines for washing, drying, feeding, ironing, folding and stacking, creating a highly automated linen-processing workflow.
The high-speed finishing line is a central part of the installation. It combines a high-speed flatwork ironer, a four-station linen feeder, a high-speed folder and stacker, and integrated safety controls.
The ironer uses a Panasonic drive system for smooth, quiet operation. Premium Japanese bearings support continuous production, while imported ironing belts improve finishing consistency and service life. Stainless-steel steam drainage pipes provide resistance to heat and corrosion. The 12 mm roller wall and carefully selected bearings contribute to structural strength and reliable long-term operation.
Panasonic drives and servo motors provide accurate, responsive feeding. A Japanese gearbox supports stable low-noise transmission, while precision guide rails help maintain consistent movement. Each feeding station has an independent display showing total output and station-level production, making production monitoring and shift management easier.
The folder can operate at speeds of up to 70 meters per minute. Its four-lane design supports multiple folding programs and can process four pillowcases at the same time. An integrated stacking function saves floor space and removes the need for a separate stacking unit.
The system includes steam overpressure alarms and automatic shutdown protection. If steam pressure exceeds the configured limit, the air supply is cut off automatically. Adjustable energy-saving valves allow operators to match steam use to production demand. Under suitable summer conditions, part of a six-roll ironer can be isolated so that four rolls meet the required output, reducing unnecessary steam consumption. An anti-jam alarm alerts operators quickly and helps prevent secondary equipment damage.
Demand for consistent, hygienic linen care is increasing across hotels, restaurants and healthcare facilities in Xinjiang. The Bole project demonstrates how an integrated automated line can improve throughput, reduce manual handling and create a practical foundation for reliable commercial laundry operations.
