Overseas laundry investors need to plan for maintenance, repair response and spare parts, particularly where there is no established local service agent. In its July 28, 2026 article, XINENGXING described a support proposal for first-time customers purchasing a complete equipment set.
The proposal included on-site installation and commissioning assistance alongside equipment delivery. Availability, travel arrangements, eligibility, fees and any included installation work must be confirmed in the quotation; the historical article is not an unconditional offer of free worldwide installation.
Training topics include machine installation and checks of water, electrical, exhaust and drainage connections; energy consumption and electric or steam heating systems; touch-panel use and custom wash-programme settings; and app-based management where supported.
Technical resources can cover common faults and troubleshooting procedures for washers, dryers and ironing equipment. The original article cited experience from numerous projects but supplied no supporting project count, so no quantified claim is repeated here.
Training helps operators use equipment and perform authorized routine maintenance. It does not qualify untrained personnel to carry out electrical, gas, pressure-system or other specialist repairs. Follow the machine manual and use qualified technicians where required.
Customers interested in supporting other local buyers can discuss a separate regional agency arrangement after appropriate product and service training. Participation requires an agreed territory, technical responsibilities and commercial terms; purchase or training alone does not confer agency status.
Possible responsibilities include installation support, technical assistance and routine servicing for subsequent local customers. Technical documents, marketing materials and equipment-supply terms can be agreed as part of that relationship.
Any territorial protection, pricing arrangement, service fees or commission must be explicitly set out in the agency agreement. Neither exclusivity nor a stable additional income is guaranteed.
